Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 4 c
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- coconut
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- baking powder - 2 Tbsp
- nuts - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Add eggs, one at a time, beat well
How to make graham cracker cake:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well. Mix baking powder and cracker crumbs. Add to mixture, alternating with milk, beating well. After each addition, beat 2 minutes. Add vanilla and coconut. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes in greased and floured cake pans. Makes 3 layers.Icing:1/2 c. margarine1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained2 Tbsp. flour1 box powdered sugar1 c. coconut1/2 c. nuts Melt oleo, add flour and stir well.
