Gourmet pork chops
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 3/4 c
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1 item
- crushed rosemary - 1/4 tsp
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- pork chops 1/2 inch thick - 6 item
- small can onion rings - 1 item
How to make gourmet pork chops:
Trim fat from pork chops. Melt a bit of fat in a frying pan. Coat chops in flour; salt and pepper. Brown pork chops and place in a baking dish. Combine soup, water, ginger and rosemary. Pour over chops and sprinkle with 1/2 can of onion rings. Cover and bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Uncover. Sprinkle with remaining onion rings. Bake 10 minutes more. Place chops on platter.
