Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 3 c
- salsa - 1 item
- seasoned salt to taste - 1 item
- c - 2 oz
- can whole green chilies - 1 oz
How to make chili rellenos casserole:
Split chilies; rinse and remove seeds. Dry on paper towels. Arrange chilies on bottom of 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish (or 9 x 9-inch pan). Top with cheeses. In bowl, beat eggs; add milk and biscuit mix. Blend well; pour over cheese. Sprinkle with salt. Bake at 325° for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with salsa.
