Gourmet pork chops
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 3/4 c
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- fat - 2 Tbsp
- rosemary - 1/4 tsp
- can fried onions - 1 item
- sour cream, if desired - 1/2 c
- chops, trim fat - 6 item
How to make gourmet pork chops:
In skillet, melt fat. Coat chops with 2 tablespoons flour and salt and pepper. Brown chops, then place in a cooking dish. Combine mushroom soup, water, ginger and rosemary. Pour over chops and sprinkle 1/2 can of fried onions on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Sprinkle rest of onions on top and bake 10 more minutes without cover.
