Gourmet goulash
Ingredients/Components
- salt
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- caraway seed - 1 tsp
- dill seed - 1 tsp
- stew beef
- sour cream optional - 1 c
- chopped onion less if desired - 3 c
How to make gourmet goulash:
Melt butter in large skillet. Add meat; brown well. Add onion. Combine other ingredients (except sour cream). Add to meat and onion; cook, covered, until meat is tender (about 1 1/2 hours). If desired, add sour cream. Serve with parsley buttered noodles.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Main dish, One Dish meal.
