Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine or butter - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 3/4 tsp
- American cheese - 2 c
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- finely chopped onion - 1/3 c
How to make gourmet cheese potatoes:
Cook potatoes in skins. Peel and shred. In saucepan, combine butter and cheese. Stir until melted. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, except paprika. Fold into potatoes. Pour into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
