Ingredients/Components
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cans tomato sauce - 2 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- elbow macaroni
- ripe olives - 1 c
- can corn - 1 item
- small can mushrooms - 1 item
- clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
- green peppers - 2 item
- large onions - 2 item
How to make goulash:
Fry meat (seasoned). Saute onions in oil. Cook macaroni in salted water; drain. Add all ingredients to meat and place in a baking dish. Cover with cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
