  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chili powder
  • margarine, melted - 1/3 c
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • fryer, cut up - 2 3
  • corn meal

How to make good oven chicken:

Combine all dry ingredients. Dip chicken pieces in milk. Coat with meal mixture. Place chicken, skin side up, in large baking dish. Drizzle butter over chicken. Bake in 375° oven 50 to 55 minutes or until done. Serves 4.
