Good morning muffins
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3/4 c
- whole wheat flour - 3/4 c
- oat bran - 1/4 c
- baking powder
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- grated orange peel - 1/4 tsp
- orange juice - 3/4 c
- beaten egg white - 1 item
- canola oil - 2 Tbsp
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- medium carrot, shredded - 1 item
- ground allspice - 1/8 tsp
How to make good morning muffins:
Spray 10 muffin cups with nonstick spray. In medium bowl, stir together flour, bran, baking powder, cinnamon and allspice. In small bowl, combine orange peel, juice, egg white, oil and honey. Add to flour mixture; stir. Add carrots. Spoon into muffin cups, 3/4 full. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Remove and let cool.Contains 119 calories and 3.2 g fat.
