Ingredients/Components
- yellow or white cake mix - 1 item
- instant pistachio pudding - 1 pkg
- sugar - 1/4 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- almond flavoring - 1/2 tsp
How to make pistachio bread:
Mix dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and beat on medium speed for 5 minutes. Grease and flour loaf pans. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon nutmeg. Pour 1/2 the dough in the bottom of the pans. Sprinkle with the sugar mixture. Add the remaining dough on top. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
