  • milk - 3/4 c
  • flour - 4 oz
  • butter - 4 oz
  • shredded coconut - 1 oz
  • boneless chicken breasts - 2 (6
  • pineapple juice - 1/4 c
  • chicken soup - 3/4 c
  • coffee liqueur - 3 oz
  • freeze-dried coffee - 1 Tbsp
  • cream sauce - 2 c
  • coconut syrup - 1/4 c

How to make golden chicken:

Brown chicken breasts.

Cream Sauce: Melt butter. Add flour and freeze-dried coffee to make a roux. Heat milk and chicken stock and add to roux. Mix until a smooth sauce. Add coconut syrup, pineapple juice, shredded coconut and coffee liqueur to sauce. Pour over brown chicken.
