Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water - 1 tsp
- pecans - 1 lb
- egg white - 1 item
How to make glazed pecans:
Beat 1 egg white with water. Add pecans. Mix well until all is coated. Mix together sugar, salt and cinnamon. Coat pecans well. Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 225° for 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes. Keep in an airtight container. Yields 4 cups of pecans or 1 pound.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Fruit, Nuts.
