  • salt - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • honey - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • curry powder - 1 tsp
  • chicken
  • melted butter or margarine - 1/4 c

How to make glazed chicken:

Melt butter or margarine in a small saucepan; add curry powder and saute 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and blend in honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place chicken pieces on rack in shallow roasting pan. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Brush with part of the glaze mixture and bake 15 minutes longer or until tender, brushing frequently with remaining glaze. Makes 4 servings.
