Ingredients/Components
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
- red wine - 2 Tbsp
- bacon, sliced - 1/2 lb
- lightly packed light brown sugar - 1/2 c
How to make glazed bacon:
Place bacon in large baking pan and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 10 minutes or until crisp. Mix brown sugar, mustard and wine thoroughly. Pour over bacon. Bake at 350° until it bubbles, making sure the bacon glaze is covering both sides, aRecipe categories: Breakfast, Pork, Bacon.
