Glazed acorn squash
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- water
- dash of salt - 1 item
- light corn syrup - 1/3 c
- butter, melted - 1 Tbsp
- medium acorn squash, halved and seeded - 2 item
How to make glazed acorn squash:
Place squash, cut side down, in baking dish. Add water. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until squash is firm. Drain water, turn cut side up. Stir together other ingredients and spoon mixture over squash. Return to 350° oven and bake for 15 minutes (basting occasionally) or until fork-tender.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Vegetables.
