  • vanilla
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • corn syrup - 1/2 c
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • beaten eggs - 4 item
  • mashed sweet potatoes yams - 2 c

How to make sweet potato delight:

Mix sweet potatoes with eggs, milk and ginger. Cream together butter, corn syrup, salt, vanilla and brown sugar. Add to potato mixture. Pour into lightly greased baking dish. Top with 1 package small marshmallows. Bake in moderate oven at 325° f
