- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
How to make german coffee cake:
Crumb Mixture:9 Tbsp. sugar3 Tbsp. butter6 Tbsp. flour1 Tbsp. cinnamon Cream butter and sugar, add beaten egg. Sift flour and baking powder. Add to egg alternately with milk and vanilla. Mix well. Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Add crumb mixture to top of cake before baking.Recipe categories: Breads, < 15 mins, Coffee cakes.
