  • cinnamon - 1 item
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • sour cream - 1/2 pt

How to make german cheesecake:

Topping:1/2 pt. sour cream1/3 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla cinnamon Beat together well all of the cheesecake ingredients and pour into a 9-inch glass pie plate which has been buttered or sprayed with Pam. Bake in a 350° oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, but leave oven on.

Mix topping ingredients together well. Spread this over cheesecake. Sprinkle cinnamon over top. Return cheesecake to oven and bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool in refrigerator and keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
