Ingredients/Components

  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • clove garlic - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • parsley - 1 item
  • olive oil - 1/4 c
  • tomato juice - 1 can
  • small onion - 1 item
  • green pepper - 1 item
  • cucumber - 1 item
  • large tomatoes - 2 item
  • regular or wine vinegar - 1/4 c

How to make gazpacho:

Chop vegetables coarsely and add to tomato juice in blender. Pulse to chop finely. Do in batches. Chill several hours or overnight. Serve in bowls with additional chopped vegetables for garnish.
