Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • white wine vinegar - 3 Tbsp
  • tomato juice
  • freshly ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • finely chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • finely chopped green onion - 1/2 c
  • large clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • extra-virgin olive oil - 2 Tbsp
  • finely chopped green bell pepper - 1/2 c
  • finely chopped cucumber - 1/2 c
  • peeled, seeded, finely chopped tomatoes - 1 c
  • finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley - 2 tsp

How to make gazpacho:

Combine all ingredients in a large glass or stainless steel bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
