Ingredients/Components

  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • salad oil - 1/2 c
  • olive oil - 1/2 c
  • jar green olives, drained - 1 oz
  • clove garlic, slivered - 1 item
  • can ripe olives, drained - 1 1/2
  • sliced small onion - 1 item

How to make garlic olives:

Split olives slightly. Place in large jar with remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and shake. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

To serve, remove with a slotted spoon.
