Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- red wine vinegar - 1/4 c
- sliced green onions - 1/4 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- small clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- NutraSweet - 2 Tbsp
- can kidney beans, drained - 1 item
- can green beans, drained - 1 item
- can wax beans, drained - 1 item
- crushed dried basil - 1 tsp
- can dark kidney beans, drained - 1 1/2
- can each: green and waxed beans, drained - 1 1/2
- each: salt and fresh ground pepper - 1/4 tsp
How to make 3-bean salad:
Combine green beans, wax beans, kidney beans, vinegar, green onions, NutraSweet, oil, basil, garlic, salt and pepper in a large nonmetallic bowl. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Beans.
