Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- ginger - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 c
- chicken wings - 3 4
- pineapple juice - 1/2 c
How to make chinese chicken wings:
Cut wings in half (discard end section). Place in container and pour marinade (remaining ingredients) over them. Refrigerate overnight, turning ever so often. Put wings on a cookie sheet and bake 1 hour at 350°. Do no reuse marinade.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Condiments, etc..
