  • tsp hot pepper sauce - 1 item
  • cup low-fat sour cream - 1/2 item
  • cups cauliflower florets - 1-1/2 item
  • tbsp low-fat mayonnaise - 1 item
  • cup low-fat shredded cheddar cheese - 1/4 item
  • cups cooked fresh corn - 1-1/2 item

How to make zesty mexican cauliflower:

Cook cauliflower florets; drain and set aside. Combine sauce ingredients in large saucepan and cook over medium heat until bubbly, stirring constantly. Add cooked cauliflower and corn. Toss well and serve. Serves 6.
