Garden salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- regular size can tiny peas - 1 item
- can Green Giant white Shoe Peg corn - 1 oz
- small jar pimientos - 1 item
- finely chopped green pepper - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 2/3 c
- can French-cut green beans - 1 item
- finely chopped celery - 1 c
- finely chopped onions - 1 c
How to make garden salad:
Make dressing. In saucepan, mix sugar, vinegar, oil and pepper. Bring to boil. Set aside to cool. Drain canned vegetables and pimientos. Mix all vegetables well and toss with cooled dressing. Chill 24 hours in airtight container before serving. Keeps well in refrigerator for a week.Recipe categories: Salads, Carrots, Cauliflower.
