Ingredients/Components
- skim milk - 2 Tbsp
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- chopped green onion - 1 Tbsp
- celery salt - 1/8 tsp
- chopped green peppers - 1 Tbsp
- chopped radish - 1 Tbsp
How to make garden vegetable dip:
In small mixing bowl, beat cottage cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve with crisp cold vegetables. Makes about 1 cup.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Side dish.
