Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 1/4 c
- oleo, melted - 2 Tbsp
- 8 oz - 2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- dried whole rosemary - 1/2 tsp
- medium sweet red pepper, cut into strips - 1 item
- strips sweet red pepper - 16 item
- small baking red potatoes unpeeled, sliced - 6 item
How to make garden casserole:
Saute onion, red pepper strips and garlic in oleo until crisp-tender. Add flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
