Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/4 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• self-rising flour
• sweet milk

How to make funnel cakes:

Mix first 5 ingredients together well. Pour through a funnel into hot grease (a Fry Daddy works well). Cook on both sides until brown. Drain on paper towel. Add toppings and eat while warm.
