Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- large eggs - 2 item
- vegetable oil for cooking - 1 item
- milk or as needed - 1/2 c
How to make funnel cake:
Put 2 inches of oil in skillet; heat to 375°. In medium bowl with whisk or fork, beat eggs, 1 tablespoon oil, sugar, baking powder, salt and 1/2 cup milk. Gradually beat in flour until smooth. If batter is too thick, thin with milk. Swirl batter iRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
