- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- hot water - 3/4 c
- small can Pet milk - 1 item
- pecans - 1 c
- oleo - 1/2 c
- deep dish pie crust - 1 item
How to make fudge pecan pie:
In a medium saucepan, melt oleo. Add cocoa and stir until dissolved. Add hot water; stir again. Blend in sugar, flour, vanilla and milk with a wire whisk until batter is smooth. Mix in pecans and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until custard sets. Serve cool with whipped topping.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
