Fudge brownie pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- can Eagle Brand condensed milk - 1 oz
- 9-inch unbaked pastry shell - 1 item
- biscuit baking mix - 1/2 c
How to make fudge brownie pie:
Preheat oven to 375°. Bake pastry shell for 10 minutes; remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 325°. In saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with margarine. In large mixer bowl, beat chocolate mixture with remaining ingredients, except nuts, until smooth. Add nuts and pour into prepared pastry shell. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set.
