Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• granulated sugar - 1/2 c
• pkg - 1 oz
• packed brown sugar
• milk - 2 Tbsp
• vanilla extract - 2 tsp
• butter or margarine - 1 c
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• all-purpose flour
• salt optional - 1/2 tsp
• Quaker oats

How to make oatmeal chocolate chip cookies:

In a small bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. Add flour mixture to creamed egg mixture. Stir in oats, chips and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls and place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375° for 9 to 11 minutes. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
