How to make fudge brownie pie:
Prepare brownie mix as directed on package. Bake in greased 9-inch pie plate 40 minutes or until done. Cool completely on wire rack. Scoop out center of brownie, using a spoon, leaving 1-inch crust around edge and thin layer of brownie on bottom; reserve brownie scraps.Pour milk into medium bowl; add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until blended. Gently stir in half of the whipped topping and all but 1/4 cup of reserved brownie scraps. Spoon into center of crust. Top with remaining whipped topping and reserved 1/4 cup of brownie scraps. Refrigerate 3 hours or until ready to serve. Makes 8 servings.
