Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 4 c
  • vanilla - 3/4 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • cocoa - 3 Tbsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • white syrup - 3/4 c

How to make fudge:

Mix sugar, milk, syrup, cocoa and salt together and cook over medium heat. Add butter. Remove from fire, cool and add vanilla; beat until it holds your shape. Add chopped nuts and pour in pan to set.
