Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/4 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- butter
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- sifted flour - 1/4 c
- unsweetened chocolate - 1 sq
- cream - 1 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
How to make fudge bars:
Filling:2 Tbsp. butter1/4 tsp. vanilla1 c. confectioners sugar1 Tbsp. cream Glaze:1 sq. unsweetened chocolate1 Tbsp. butter or margarine Melt chocolate and butter, then mix with egg, sugar and flour. Empty into bottom of greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.Prepare filling; spread on top of baked bottom layer.
Prepare glaze by melting chocolate with butter or margarine and pouring over filling after chilling cake for 10 minutes. Refrigerate until serving.
