Fruited rice pilaf
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/4 c
- raisins - 1 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chicken broth
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- long grain white rice - 1 c
How to make fruited rice pilaf:
In medium saucepan, saute onion and garlic in butter. Stir in rice, raisins, chicken broth and basil. Bring to a boil; cover and reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Fruit, Side dish, Rice.
