- butter - 1/4 c
- water - 2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- ground beef
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1 lb
- oregano
- basil
- cans tomato paste - 3 item
- Ricotta cheese - 2 lb
- ground pork - 1/2 lb
- 2 can tomatoes
- Stir in remaining ingredients
How to make lasagne:
Brown meat in butter; add onion and garlic and brown. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 to 60 minutes.Lasagne:1 lb. lasagne noodles, cooked2 lb. Ricotta cheese1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded1 c. Parmesan cheese Place a layer of noodles in a buttered baking dish; top with a layer of sauce. Sprinkle with a third of each kind of cheese. Repeat layers twice; top with a small amount of sauce. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Let set 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
