Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 2 tsp
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 4 bouillon
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
  • chopped onion - 1 item
  • parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
  • basil - 1/2 tsp
  • olive oil - 2 Tbsp
  • zucchini, finely chopped - 4 c

How to make zucchini soup:

Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan. Cook on medium heat about 10 minutes until slightly softened. Add all other ingredients except cheese. Cover and cook 35 minutes. Top with cheese and serve with Italian bread.
