Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans 1 1/2 lb - 6 c
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- raisins
- chopped candied cherries about 1/2 lb
- chopped candied pineapple about 1/2 lb
- miniature marshmallows
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- flaked coconut
How to make fruitcake cookies:
In bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, pecans, raisins, cherries and pineapple. In a pan, combine marshmallows, milk and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until melted. Pour over pecan mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in coconut.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
