Ingredients/Components
- egg whites room temperature - 2 item
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
- chocolate chips - 1 c
How to make meringue cookies:
Heat oven to 350°. Line cookie sheet with foil, shiny side up. Beat egg whites until stiff, adding sugar gradually. Fold in ingredients gradually. Drop by teaspoons on lined cookie sheet.
