- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 2
- flour - 3 c
- baking powder
- powdered sugar
- margarine - 1 c
- large can pie filling your choice - 1 item
How to make fruit swirl coffee cake:
Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar1 to 2 tsp. milk Blend sugar, margarine, baking powder, vanilla and eggs. Beat 3 minutes on high. Stir in flour. Spread 2/3 batter in greased (or Pam sprayed) jelly roll pan. Cover with pie filling. Drop remaining batter by spoonfuls on filling and swirl with spatula. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.Mix glaze and spread on coffee cake while still warm.
