Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- baking chocolate - 2 sq
- cold milk - 3 c
- white Karo syrup - 2 Tbsp
- carton Cool Whip - 9 oz
- box graham crackers - 1 lb
- Lay whole graham crackers on bottom of pan
- confectioners sugar or more
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan. Lay whole graham crackers on bottom of pan. Mix pudding with milk and then blend with Cool Whip. Spread 1/2 of pudding mixture over graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers and remainder of the pudding mix. Top with third layer of graham crackers. Cover with Chocolate Topping.Chocolate Topping:3 Tbsp. butter2 sq. baking chocolate2 Tbsp. white Karo syrup1 tsp. vanilla3 Tbsp. milk1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar (or more) Melt butter and chocolate.
