Fruit cocktail pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- walnuts - 1/2 c
- pinch salt - 1 item
- can well drained fruit cocktail - 1 oz
How to make fruit cocktail pudding:
Stir beaten egg into fruit cocktail. Mix together flour, sugar, soda, salt and walnuts.Mix dry ingredients into fruit cocktail mixture. Butter a 6 x 9-inch Pyrex dish. Spread mixture evenly in pan. Crumble 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup crushed walnuts on top. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream. Serves 8.
