- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- cocktail with juice - 2 c
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9-inch pan. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Put eggs in another bowl and beat well. Add vanilla and cocktail; stir and fold into dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased pan and bake 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
