  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • baking powder
  • nuts optional - 1 c
  • shredded zucchini - 3 c

How to make chocolate zucchini bread:

Blend all ingredients with mixer. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Do not overbake. Makes 3 small pans (8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inches).
