Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 3/4 c
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- margarine - 1/2 c
- hot water - 1 c
- fruit juice - 1/2 c
- fruit peaches, fruit cocktail, etc - 2 c
How to make fruit cobbler:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Place batter in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with 2 cups fruit. Pour fruit juice on top. Sprinkle evenly 3/4 cup sugar on top. Pour hot water over all. Bake 1 hour at 400°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cobblers and crisps.
