Fruit cobbler



  • granulated sugar - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • self-rising flour or all-purpose flour plus 1 1/2 tsp - 1 c

How to make fruit cobbler:

Stir sugar, milk and flour together. Melt butter in baking dish. Pour batter over butter and put fruit of your choice on top. Bake at 350° until golden brown on top. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
