Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/3 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • bananas, cut up - 3 item
  • sugar 1/4 c - 1/2 c
  • can crushed, drained pineapple - 1 oz
  • maraschino cherries, cut up - 1/2 c
  • whipped cream or 8 oz - 1/2 pt

How to make frozen fruit salad:

Whip cream or Cool Whip. Fold in sour cream. Add sugar, salt, lemon juice, fruits and nuts. Put in 8 x 8-inch pan. Freeze until firm.
