Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • salad dressing - 1/2 c
  • parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • crabmeat - 1 lb
  • dry mustard or regular mustard - 1 tsp
  • slices bread mix with milk and let soak - 2 item

How to make crab cakes:

Mix eggs, bread, dressing and seasonings. Stir in crabmeat. Fry in oil in skillet until brown.
