Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- salad dressing - 1/2 c
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- dry mustard or regular mustard - 1 tsp
- slices bread mix with milk and let soak - 2 item
How to make crab cakes:
Mix eggs, bread, dressing and seasonings. Stir in crabmeat. Fry in oil in skillet until brown.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
