Fried rice
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1/2 item
- eggs, scrambled - 2 item
- cold rice cooked and cool
- chopped celery, peas, cooked carrots, optional - 1 item
How to make fried rice:
Melt butter in frying pan, add onions and any optional veggies. Stir and cook until tender. Push cooked veggies to side of pan- scramble eggs. Put cold cooked rice over top of eggs and veggies. Mix together, frying until warm throughout. Add soy sauce to taste. Can add cubes of cooked meat!Recipe categories: Vegan, Pasta, rice and grains, Rice.
